Ms. Valerie's Cooking Suggestion!

Mikados

You need the following ingredients.

  • 90 grams of butter
  • 45 grams of sugar
  • 135 grams of flour
  • 1.5 tablespoons of milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
  • another 30 grams of butter (for the coating)
  • 210 grams of milk chocolate

Step #1 (dough): Mix the butter and sugar. Add the flour and baking powder and mix again. Stir in milk and vanilla and mix to obtain a smooth dough. Shape small “sausages” with the dough. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 Co.

Step #2 (coating): Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave. Dip the mikados in the chocolate sauce. Cool by raising the uncoated side. Place a few minutes in the fridge and enjoy!
